Chisholms Restaurant is situated on the original platform of the old Caledonian Railway and retains the original clock and red sandstone facade which comprised the main entrance to the Hotel from the Railway.

The restaurant is named after Dr. G. G. Chisholm, the distinguished Edinburgh Geographer, who edited " Longman's Gazetteer of the World."

The menu ranges from authentic Scottish to Continental Cuisine and provides the discerning traveller with relaxed and informal " Brasserie Dining."
