Designed
by Dr. Alister Mackenzie in 1928, many good judges have claimed
New South Wales would be in the Top 3 in the world if it were
located in the USA . No better judge than Dr. Alister Mackenzie
claimed it had "more spectacular views than any other
golf course in the world with the possible exception of Cypress
Point". The course sits atop rugged cliffs overlooking
Botany Bay and several of the holes move right to the water's
edge.
However,
it's not just the views that make this course world class.
The routing, with its variety of shots is unparalleled and
provides the golfer with an exhilarating ride through, over
and around the sand hills and cliff tops.
