Set on the shores of the river Forth to the north of the capital, this 6097 yard par 70 course has some spectacular views over the estuary to the Kingdom of Fife, with Ben Lomond visisble on a clear day.

This course plays to every one of its 6097 yards, especially the 601 yard, par 5 18th. This hole requires a straight drive and at least another long wood to get within striking distance of the green. The fairways are long and expansive, lined with some nasty rough to trap a wayward ball, but the beautiful nature of the course makes playing this a wonderful golfing experience for all abilities.
