I will start with a simple statement.....for the trip that Bobbie
and I took with your company to have been any better would have
required Tom Watson to have won. That said after two years and one
false start we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
I want to talk for a minute about our host Bob Miller and I sincerely
hope that you will forward this email to him. Bob literally MADE
the trip! His attention to detail and his willingness to be at anyones
disposal whenever required was nothing short of amazing. He is a
true asset to the company. He knew we had to pull out of the second
meal and caught up with us outside the dining hall to ask if he
could have anything sent up to the room. He was knowledgeable
and oh so friendly. He knew we were heading out to the highlands
for a week AFTER the tournament and took the time to draw us a map
of where he thought we might find interesting sights......including
his favorite Scottish course Royal Dornoch.........Bob, Bobbie thought
I was getting too tense driving the narrow roads at 60mph so she
insisted we stop and I play.......had an 89 with a bad start (triple,
double, double) and tired finish (double, double) but you are so
right it was such a joy to play....even got buzzed by the Scottish
Air Force in some fighter planes.....way cool......thank you so
much for recommending it. Anyway I think you get the picture. Thanks
so much again.

I
just wanted to drop you an note to say thanks for all that you did
to make our trip to Scotland happen. Despite the unplanned excitement
in Glasgow , we had a wonderful time capped by my hitting the best
tee shot of my life at the 18 th on the Old Course.
We
were welcomed everywhere that we went which confirmed our previously
held belief about Scotland and her people. We can't wait to return
and will certainly recommend Golf Scotland to our friends.

Just
wanted to say what a great time we had - despite never being so
wet on a golf course as yesterday.
Mallard hotel was very good and friendly.
We found Muirfield very welcoming and relaxed. The courses at Luffness
Gullane and N.Berwick were fantastic.

We
were met at the airport by your delightful representative (I can't
recall her name). She actually drove ahead to the hotel so we could
follow;wonderful. She
arranged the rental van from Enterprise (also very helpful &
pleasant to deal with)
Hotel
in Edinburgh was excellent and perfectly located.
Scores
Best Western also great. Arrangements at all golf courses worked
well. We
loved all the courses and had no problems with any of them.
All
in all it was a fantastic holiday and you & your team did a
great job. I have recommended you to some friends who are considering
a trip to Scotland next year and would be happy to recommend you
to anyone planning such a trip.

you know that our van driver, Bob Millar, did an outstanding job.
He handled every request with the greatest of professionalism. We
began to comment that it was like being five years old again when
daddy handled everything for you and you did not have to worry about
anything. Bob
made the trip special. He has a great personality and was a
lot of fun to be with. He is a great asset to your firm and is one
of the main reasons that I would recommend that my friends should
book their trip with Golf Scotland.
P.S.
Brian thanks for recommending KingsBarns. It was our favorite
course. I would include it in all your packages. Also, try to
talk old folks like me out of ever playing 36 holes. It is
too much in one day when you have to walk the courses.

should have provided you feedback when we returned from Scotland
but we had a few crises to take care. First and foremost, we are
delighted with our trip in Scotland . It will remain memorable for
the rest of our life. Golf Scotland is truly a classy organization.
Everything was so well organized and relaxed and fun. Thanks to
Mr. Bob Millar, our guide and organizer on site. He is so dedicated
and helpful. Always try to accommodate all requests. The accommodations
were superb, the golf outstanding and the Open unforgettable.
Even the weather cooperated with very little rain during our

Thank
you for a Fantastic Vacation for all of us. Our Gals had a
great time; the courses were wonderful and for all 9 of us to be
able to play the old course on Friday was beyond any of our expectations. I

Our
bus driver Jim was awesome. Very knowledgeable and entertaining.
He was very helpful in every turn of events, took care of any and
all problems, changes in itinerary, dinners etc. and a very nice
man on top of that. I have decided that if we ever do another Scotland
trip, Jim will have to be our driver.

I
just wanted to let you know that our group had a great trip.
Jim Gaw again did a wonderful job as our driver. Except for a heavy
rain the first day things worked out about as well as they could
have.
I
do want to mention to you how much we enjoyed the 19th Lodge at
Ballybunion. The accommodations were much superior to everything
else we had during the trip. The proprietors, Mary and James Beasley
could not have been more accommodating.

want to let you know we had a phenomenal trip!!! Scotland
is a beautiful country and the people are very warm and accommodating. The
golf outing for the boys and the sightseeing tours for the women
were fantastic. We had perfect weather, excellent accommodations,
and a great driver. None of the people in our group wanted
to leave Scotland.
